Talent Advisor
Key Role:
Use workforce planning methodologies to drive discussions and action around supply and demand for the account and drive staffing strategies pre and post capture of large and critical proposals and wins. Work with the OIC, key leadership, and talent acquisition team to lead strategy for both internal and external staffing for key work, serve as a champion of change, drive adoption of new approaches, ideas, or technologies, and influence or drive diversity and inclusion tactics. Collaborate on the identification of strategies to drive a positive employee experience and increase retention proactively. Support employee development and influence mobility within the account, group, and outside of the group, where needed. Leverage analytics to provide current and future focused insights regarding talent, associated business impact, and recommendations for action, including role, hub, risk, retention, performance issues, and capacity management. Scan the horizon actively and engage with account leaders, GPLs, FTLs, and PST COEs to identify talent risks proactively, influencing leader effectiveness in managing risk.
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with HR and consulting
-Experience with leveraging market specific insights to improve talent management and support strategic business decisions
-Experience with anticipating demands and signals and developing a requisite talent pipeline
-Experience with data analytics and trend analysis to drive decisions impacting the business
-Experience with delivering functionally integrated talent management solutions and change initiatives and collaborating with cross functional peers and leaders
-Ability to show a proven track record of solid performance with no issues
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with workforce planning and forecasting
-Experience with strategy development and requirements definition, including retention, mobility, and employee expertise
-Experience with change management
-Knowledge of markets and accounts, including opportunity pipeline and staffing plans
-Ability to display leadership agility and judgement
-Ability to show business acumen
-Possession of excellent analytical and decision making skills
-Workforce Planning Strategist Certification
