Requirement :
Support the Director in developing a Talent development plan to meet the talent requirements of the business and achieve its goals through integrating and implementing efficient talent management and training and development strategies that improve productivity, maximize employee and organizational effectiveness ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Manage and allocate training budgets, oversee and manage the training needs assessment process and keep up to date with monthly training KPI reports.
Recommend training and development programs aligned to the evolving strategic business priorities and the talent development strategy. Ex. Innovation, addressing key competency gaps, key groups of employees to focus on and their development areas etc.
Support all talent assessment related initiatives for key UAE national talent and for high performing talent across various management levels including Managers/ professional level employees etc.
Conduct talent analytics in order to identify target groups for development for current and anticipated talent gaps
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the business heads to remain aware of their changing talent requirements and develop function-specific talent plans and identification of training needs using a structured format and approach, to form the basis for developing corporate training programs to meet specific job & technical requirements.
Develop graduate trainee rotation plans as a part of the Mustaqbali program, work closely with the business and the training team members to ensure rotation plans are in alignment with the business needs and key roles and responsibilities of the functions.
Develops customised training and development plans for high performing employees to ensure retention of critical staff and building future leaders from within the business
Support in the design and implementation of assessment and talent centres either through internal resources or external service providers.
Plan and coordinate the use of assessment and talent centres to effectively measure and report on colleague development, performance and capability. Provide feedback and guidance to colleagues on assessment results and career growth/development In coordination
Should have 1-3 years Experience as Talent Development Manager
