Maintain record of TC Agreements and follow up on same
Maintain a weekly record of TCE and report it to Tankers Director for every vessel under his responsibility
Assist chartering team in voyage planning and vessel fixtures br> Liaise with Insurance, Agents, Charterers, Broker and all external parties involved with the vessel operations.
Follow up with inhouse legal team in case of disputes with third parties.
Point of contact in Operations team for monitoring vessel voyage with regards to prevailing CP
Maintain voyage documentation and record electronically
Liaise with Tanker Director in case LOI is needed for BL issues anytime
Optimise fuel consumption during a voyage and guide master on CP speed during the voyage. br>

• Monitor Bunker consumptions and speeds on a daily basis br> Plan bunkering and arrange bunker through inhouse bunker team br> Book agents through DA Desk before vessels calls to ports as per CP and Voyage ordersbr> Calculate Demurrage and arrange Demurrage documents at end of every voyage. br> Prepare Freight, AWRP and associated invoices after every voyage in consultation with accounts teambr> Liaise with accounts team for invoices, receivables, and payables br> Maintain a record of payables and receivables for each voyage with supporting documentsbr> Guide Masters during Tank Cleaning on a case by case basisbr> Any other tasks related to vessel commercial operations which may come up
