Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant with strong expertise in UAE taxation (including VAT and Corporate Tax) and a solid background in general accounting practices.

  • The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.

  • Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required.

  • Stay up to date with changes in UAE tax laws and accounting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years focused on UAE taxation.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and corporate tax implementation.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems).

  • Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
