Taxation & Compliance Lead Dynatrade Automotive Group

This role is critical to ensure accurate and timely compliance for both VAT and Corporate Tax across all commercial trade licenses under the Group.

The person will be responsible for end-to-end management of tax filings, reconciliations, documentation, audits, and compliance with IFRS reporting standards. The role will also support system integration (SAP), coordinate with external consultants and auditors, and streamline data compilation processes to enhance efficiency and compliance readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance & Filings
• Prepare and file VAT returns (monthly/quarterly) and Corporate Tax returns (annual) as per FTA regulations.
• Ensure accuracy in reconciliation of input/output VAT, corporate tax calculations, and adjustments.
• Review and verify zero-rated VAT invoices and export documentation.
• Audit & Regulatory Support
• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and FTA during audits or information requests.
• Maintain proper tax records and prepare data in FTA-specified formats.
• Lead efforts to digitize documentation for faster retrieval and improved compliance.
• Financial Reporting & Control
• Support the Head of Department (HOD) in tax and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare tax reconciliations and schedules for internal and external reporting.
• Process Improvement & System Integration
• Drive automation and standardization of tax reporting processes.
• Collaborate with IT/ERP team for SAP system integration to streamline tax and accounting processes.
