Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise flatpack furniture production & assembly operations
  • Manage and guide a team of operators, helpers, and assemblers
  • Ensure daily production targets, quality, and timelines are met
  • Monitor assembly, packing, and finishing processes
  • Allocate manpower and plan shift-wise activities
  • Identify production issues and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Planning, and Maintenance teams
  • Maintain safety standards, discipline, and 5S housekeeping
  • Track attendance, productivity, and output reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in flatpack / Fit out / Joinery / modular furniture manufacturing in furniture / modular production
  • Minimum 1–2 years as Team Leader / Supervisor / Line In-Charge
  • Hands-on exposure to panel furniture, assembly, and packing
  • Strong people-handling and shop-floor supervision skills
  • Basic understanding of production planning & workflows
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
