Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead QA/QC team overseeing contractor performance across disciplines
  • Validate and approve QA documentation, inspection reports, and NCR closures
  • Interface with client and contractor teams to align on quality expectations
  • Monitor contractor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead quality audits
  • Report directly on project management with weekly QA dashboards
