Responsibilities: • Build & lead a high-performing FNL sales team • Monitor daily productivity & documentation • Conduct team meetings & on-field coaching • Prepare weekly performance reports • Identify new sales opportunities • Maintain discipline, quality & customer service standards

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage our Home Internet Sales (FNL) team in Abu Dhabi. Requirements: • Work location: Abu Dhabi • Must have experience handling telecom field sales teams (du/Etisalat/FNL preferred) • Ability to hire, train & manage a sales team • Ensure daily/weekly target achievement • Ready for weekly performance review • Strong communication & leadership skills
