Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring efficient and timely allocation of resources to meet service level agreements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of dispatchers, providing guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement optimized dispatching strategies to minimize response times and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor real-time operational performance, identifying bottlenecks and proactively implementing solutions to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex dispatching issues, resolving them swiftly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, customer service, and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing dispatch teams within the Philippine context.
  • Proficiency in dispatch management software and GPS tracking systems, demonstrating strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent understanding of transportation regulations and fleet management best practices in the Philippines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure, with a focus on rapid resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaunt with drivers, stakeholders, and management.
