Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets within the PH production area.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and training to maintain a secure workplace.
  • Monitor production processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Manage material flow and inventory within the production area, ensuring timely availability of resources and preventing shortages.
  • Collaborate with quality control to ensure all products meet stringent specifications and customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 10 or more production personnel.
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical production.
  • Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to address complex production challenges.
