Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide expert advice on all quantity surveying and cost control aspects of construction projects.
  • Lead a team of professionals and coordinate their activities to ensure the highest standards of performance.
  • Ensure compliance with the consultancy contract requirements and all relevant regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and approve project estimates, measurements, and valuation reports.
  • Liaise closely with the Employer and be available for all necessary consultations in Dubai.
  • Experience in FIDIC conditions of contract and international methods of measurement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Professional qualification such as MRICS (or equivalent), subject to Employer’s approval.
  • At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in value engineering and cost control for large-scale construction projects of similar nature and magnitude.
  • Advanced knowledge of measurement techniques and cost management tools
