Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive team performance by setting ambitious sales targets and proactively monitoring individual and team progress, ensuring consistent achievement or exceeding of goals.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training, fostering continuous professional development within the team.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while mentoring the team on effective strategies for each stage.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly, keeping the team informed and competitive.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Hold relevant real estate licenses and certifications, showcasing expertise and commitment to industry standards.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and regulations.
