Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead day-to-day activities during the assigned shift, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Allocate tasks to shift staff based on daily order volumes and operational priorities.

• Monitor team performance and quality during the shift to ensure SLA adherence.

• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs related to stock handling, order processing, and dispatch.

• Conduct basic stock checks and report discrepancies to the Operations Specialist.

• Train and guide team members on operational processes and best practices.

• Enforce safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards during operations.

• Coordinate with other shift leaders to ensure smooth handovers and operational continuity.

• Escalate operational issues to the Operations Specialist for timely resolution.

• Maintain shift-level reports on productivity, accuracy, and attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or high school qualification.

• Knowledge of order processing and inventory handling processes.

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, retail, or e-commerce operations, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or Senior Associate role.

• Ability to lead small teams and manage workloads in a shift-based environment.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Candidates who are available to join immediately will be preferred.

• Preference will be given to candidates with GCC experience.
