Technical Accommodation Supervisor – TQA, Inventory & Contractor Manag A M GLOBAL ON DEMAND LABORS SUPPLY

Operational Oversight
• Supervise daily TA activities: inspections, refurbishments, unit preparations, handovers, and closures
• Ensure every unit passes full TQA assessment before release
• Coordinate closely with General Services, Technical Services, cleaning teams, and contractors

Quality, Compliance & Reporting
• Conduct routine site inspections to enforce TQA and HSE standards
• Ensure photo-supported audits through approved digital tools
• Review and validate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports

Material Control, MRE & GRN
• Raise and track MREs for furniture, appliances, and operational materials
• Inspect delivered materials for specification, quantity, and quality compliance
• Prepare/validate GRNs and update inventory systems
• Monitor stock levels and escalate replenishment needs

Contractor & Vendor Management
• Ensure all contractors adhere to TA assessment guidelines and SLAs
• Validate completed works before sign-off
• Escalate delays, repeated issues, or quality defects

Team Leadership
• Lead TA assistants, inspectors, and support staff
• Provide daily briefings, coaching, and performance feedback

Stakeholder Coordination
• Communicate with Facility Management, Housing, EFM, Technical Services, and General Services
• Share planned works, urgent updates, risks, and delays

Inventory & Asset Management
• Oversee move-in/move-out inspections for appliances, furniture, and assets
• Validate replacement needs and maintain accurate asset tracking
• Support forecasting for operational material requirements
