Job Title: Technical Advisor (Digital Transformation)Job Location: Dubai, UAEJob Summary:As a Technical Advisor (Digital Transformation), you'll provide expert technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex technical issues, develop effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation of technical projects. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance. Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams on digital technologies and best practices. Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. Change Management: Drive change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions to new digital initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful integration of new technologies. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients' staff on new digital tools and processes. Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to clients.Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a similar role. Skills: Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Project management experience with tools like Agile or Scrum. Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective solutions. Experience with change management and organizational development.
