Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and audits, ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Provide technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving issues related to products or services, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, utilizing POS systems and other relevant software, minimizing errors and delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or store management, preferably in a technical or electronics environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, stock management, and loss prevention techniques.
