Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze structural systems to ensure safety and efficiency in projects, utilizing cutting-edge software and methodologies.

  • Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess environmental impact and compliance with local regulations.

  • Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop integrated and innovative design solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation, including calculations, specifications, and project proposals for stakeholder review.

  • Supervise and monitor construction site activities and progress

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams

  • Review technical drawings and resolve site-related issues

  • Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification demonstrating technical competency and ethical practice.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Experience in infrastructure design, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems, is highly preferred.
