Job Description SummaryThis role is responsible to minimize idle time or logistic time to ensure that all projects objectives are met by maintaining the highest levels genuine utilization. Ensuring that the right tools are available, in the right condition, and at the right time.The tools manager will work closely with the Planning Coordinator optimizing tools allocation plan.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesProvides technical support to Project Managers.Includes direct people management in the warehouseHas knowledge of best practices storage, inventory, maintenance managementUses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address the shortage of the critical toolsAnalyse data and trends to identify potential risks, opportunities and propose solutions and strategyDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersLiaising with site construction teams and other related professionalsWork very closely with Project Manager and Planning coordinator to schedule tools allocationKnowledge of the rent pricing, Ability to record finance figures in SAPUpdating MSProject assignment plan or equivalent Required QualificationsBachelor s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial engineering, or a related technical field Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, field service and operationWillingness to travel up to 10 20% as required by project and operational needsStrong verbal and written English language skillsDesired CharacteristicsExcellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsWorking in knowledge in Sales Force Smax environmentFluency in Arabic and French will be a plusExperience in energy industry including exposure to Gas Insulated Switchgear will be a plusWillingness and ability to travel 10% of the timeOral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
