Your mission as a Technical Customer Advisor
As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in:
Responding accurately to customer requests in the Canadian market during the time slot of 2pm to 2am (local time).
Handling incoming calls to answer questions and resolve technical issues, while ensuring rigorous follow-up.
R effectively solves technical problems: analysis of customer needs, identification of suitable solutions, and support in the resolution.
D demonstrating advanced technical aptitude: use of tools and technologies to understand and solve complex situations.

They are perfectly fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Available to work between 2 PM and 2 AM (local time)
Possesses excellent communication skills: clarity, pedagogy, patience, with the ability to explain technical solutions simply
Possesses good technical skills: understanding of digital tools and technical systems, with a curiosity to learn quickly
They are organized, autonomous, proactive, and capable of effectively managing priorities even under pressure.
Recruitment process
