Roles & Responsibilities

Your mission as a Technical Customer Advisor

As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in:

  • Responding to customer requests accurately: Handling incoming calls, answering questions and resolving technical issues while ensuring rigorous follow-up.

  • Resolving technical problems effectively: Analyzing customer needs, identifying suitable solutions and supporting them in resolving their difficulties.

  • Utilizing your technical skills: Understanding and resolving complex situations, while mastering the tools and technologies at your disposal.
