Company Industry Call Center / BPO / KPO / Outsourcing Department/Functional Area Helpdesk / Customer Service / Telecalling Desired Candidate Profile College degree related, preferred MIS, BIS.• At least 1 year experience in same position with similar service industry background.• Good to very good English language.• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances• Quickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures• Working knowledge of PC and Google sheets• Outstanding communication skills• perfect time management skills• Analytical skills• Team player• Being Gamer is highly preferred.
