As Technical Director – Building Structures, you will sit at the heart of the business’s growth and delivery strategy, acting as both a technical authority and client-facing leader. This is a career-defining chance to shape project outcomes, mentor the next generation of engineers, and influence the strategic direction of a respected consultancy.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the technical delivery of major structural engineering projects, ensuring design excellence across all stages.

Acting as a trusted advisor to architects, clients, and stakeholders on complex structural solutions.

Taking ownership of client relationships, providing leadership in project governance, and ensuring commercial success.

Overseeing project financial performance, resourcing, and quality assurance across the structures portfolio.

Driving innovation and sustainable engineering practices, pushing boundaries in design and delivery.

Mentoring, coaching, and developing engineers at all levels, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

Supporting business growth through work winning, bids, and proposals, alongside the Group Directors.

Representing the consultancy externally within the Middle East structures community as a thought leader.
