Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and direct all engineering and technical operations across projects
Oversee complex, multi-discipline design and construction projects
Ensure compliance with international standards and UAE local authority requirements
Manage engineering budgets and support procurement and project execution strategies
Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and major equipment selections
Represent the company in client and authority meetings
Mentor and develop engineering teams while driving technical excellence
Support business development initiatives with strong commercial awareness
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Building Services Engineering
Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP/building services engineering
Proven leadership experience in complex engineering environments
Strong knowledge of international codes and UAE authority regulations
Commercially driven with strong stakeholder management skills
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
