Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical submittals including materials, method statements, and shop drawings

  • Coordinate directly with consultants for approvals and technical clarifications

  • Handle WIRs and MIRs, ensuring timely inspections and approvals

  • Ensure full compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and QA/QC requirements

  • Work closely with site and project teams to resolve technical issues efficiently

  • Maintain organized documentation and tracking logs for all submissions and inspections

  • Assist in closing NCRs and improving quality performance on-site

  • Support implementation of HSE practices in line with UAE regulation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • 2–5 years of hands-on UAE experience in construction/contracting

  • Strong experience with technical submittals, QA/QC processes, WIR/MIR, and ITPs

  • Good understanding of UAE project specifications and authority requirements

  • Confident communicator with the ability to deal directly with consultants

  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
