Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified Technical Engineer (Civil) to join our team for building construction projects in the Al Dhafra region, near Madinat Zayed. The ideal candidate will support the technical and engineering aspects of the project, including drawings, submittals, coordination, and site implementation.

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team on technical issues.
  • Prepare shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
  • Provide technical support to the site team and ensure proper execution.
  • Participate in site inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in resolving technical problems and design-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in building construction, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of technical drawings, construction methods, and engineering practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in the Al Dhafra region (near Madinat Zayed).
