Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• - Analyze tender documents to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• - Gain clarity on construction methods and project scope.
• - Knowledgeable in preparing material take-off (BOQ) and method statements.
• - Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors.
• - Evaluate bids both technically and commercially.
• - Assist in compiling bid tabulations and recommend preferred suppliers/subcontractors.
• - Attend client meetings with the Manager to address commercial and technical queries.
• - Provide insights and technical clarifications as required.
• - Collate and prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client specifications.
• - Submit proposals to the Manager for review and approval prior to client submission.
• - Prepare technical and commercial documents postaward for handover to the Project Manager, Project Controls, and relevant departments.
• - Arrange site visits as necessary to gather relevant project information.
• - Ensure accurate cost estimations and pricing efficiency.
• - Ensure all activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
• - Uphold company policies and procedures related to safety and environmental practices..

Desired Candidate Profile

• - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
• - Experience in water & wastewater treatment, infrastructure is highly preferred
