Roles & Responsibilities

Abdulla Al Arif Holding LLC is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to support the technical execution of projects. The role involves reviewing technical documents, coordinating with site and design teams, ensuring compliance with specifications, and assisting in resolving technical issues to achieve project quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and design documents.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

  • Ensure all technical submissions comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.

  • Provide technical support to site teams during construction activities.

    Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.

  • Support technical meetings and follow up on action items.

  • Assist in resolving technical issues and design discrepancies.

  • Interface with procurement to ensure technical compliance of materials and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in UAE projects is preferred.

  • Good understanding of construction practices and technical standards.
