This position is for a leading bank in Muscat and candidate should have experience in Cisco contact center solution ( Cisco Unified Communications Manager , Cisco Call Studio , Cisco Unity, Cisco CVP) and responsible for technical support for Contact center, IVR, B2B & CDM ( Cash Deposit Machine) project delivery. Knowledge of J2ee technologies, Banking domain and system integration an added advantage.
1 Responsible for Technical support for CISCO Contact center solutions ,IVR, B2B & Cash Deposit Machine ( CDM) project delivery.
2 Work closely with service providers for effective coordination & competent delivery.
3 Hands on experience of handling end to end requirements gathering, solution fitment, gap analysis, risk analysis and post go live support.
4 Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with bank goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
5 Lead architecture and design decisions for each projects within IVR , Contact Center Solutions.
6 Develop comprehensive test plans that merge customer requirements with bank goals and coordinate various teams and technical personnel during all test phases, from initial development through implementation
7 Responsible for the technical side of all team projects, even when not the primary solutions analyst on the project.
8 Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
9 Perform SIT and provide UAT support for above
10 Experience with working with project managers, technology stakeholders at all levels and co-ordination with Infrastructure, Operation, Risks, Security and Audit & Compliance teams.
11 Effective communication, co-ordination and Documentation skills and attention to detail.
12 Manage risks by assess project risks & potential problems by communicating in advance while establishing contingency plans.
13 Document all of the project interdependencies and list assumptions and constraints.
14 Project Status Reporting.
