About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of our building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record delivering major construction projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technical Department for all building projects.
• Oversee design reviews, shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure project compliance with UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and support project managers in planning and execution.
• Manage value engineering, design optimization, and constructability reviews.
• Review IFC drawings and ensure timely submission and approval of technical documents.
• Monitor progress of technical deliverables to align with project timelines.
• Support procurement with technical evaluations and supplier/ subcontractor assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15–20 years of total experience in construction, with a strong focus on building projects (residential, commercial, towers, mixed-use, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years as a Technical Manager in the UAE.
• Civil Engineering background is a must.
• Proven experience in managing technical deliverables for large-scale building projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defense, RTA, DEWA, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
