Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high-quality software development standards.
- Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and addressing concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Minimum 15–20 years of experience in facility management or engineering operations
Proven experience in royal palaces, VIP facilities, or high-security environments
Strong expertise in:
o HVAC systems (York chillers preferred)
o Generators (Cummins preferred)
o Fire & life safety systems
General good knowledge of:
o Electrical systems (MV/LV)
o SCADA & BMS systems
o ICT & security systems
Strong knowledge of Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
Professional certification preferred (CFM or FMP)
