Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role - Technical Manager
We seek a dynamic Technical Manager to lead our Technical Department, overseeing management, design, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Oversee the engineering of detailed cladding designs and BIM models (Revit, Rhino, Navisworks etc.) as per client specifications and local codes.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate draftspersons, engineers, and designers; set performance goals and ensure a collaborative workflow.
Project Coordination: Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues, approve design changes, keep projects on schedule and ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate certification is preferred.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in metal‑cladding design, including sandwich panels, standing‑seam roofing, composite façade systems and GRC/GRP panels.
- Experience in the analysis and design of structural systems with sold knowledge of structural principles.
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, BIM and other tools/ software.
