Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring business continuity and data security.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exhibits experience in leading and managing technical teams, including performance management and mentorship.
- Shows proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
- Exhibits strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
