Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish. Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Coordinating with the in-house technical site team for all company projects. Providing technical guidance and support to project teams. Resolving construction-related issues or disputes at site as well as in documentation. Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget. Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Handling of authorities like DM, DCD, DDA and all local authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Office Engineer or Civil Engineer Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Arabic (knowledge of English is a plus). Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting and building consultancy in the UAE. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office. AutoCAD is mandatory. Ability to review Soil Reports, Structural Models, Structural Drawings, and Foundation Drawings. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High level of professionalism and integrity. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
