Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Technical Office team, including engineers and draftsmen, to ensure all deliverables meet project timelines.
Oversee the preparation, review, and submittal of detailed architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings.
Conduct comprehensive design reviews to identify and resolve clashes between different engineering disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP).
Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process to clarify design ambiguities and ensure site teams have accurate data.
Supervise the selection and submittal of construction materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and cost requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
10-15 Years of experience as a Technical Office Manager.
UAE residency Is a must.
Experience working on residential Buildings is a must.
Experience working on villas projects is highly preferred.
