My client is a leading live show business and they are looking for a freelance Technical Production Coordinator for a 6 month FTC.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all technical and production elements of the show from pre-production to load-out.

Act as liaison between the venue, suppliers, production departments, and the Technical Director.

Assist with technical specifications and logistics for sound, lighting, rigging, staging, video, power, and special effects.

Manage production schedules, equipment lists, and venue requirements.

Track technical documentation including CADs, production riders, and call sheets.

Attend site visits, rehearsals, and production meetings as required.

Support with managing crew schedules, local staffing, and freelance technician sourcing.

Coordinate health and safety requirements and ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence and venue regulations.

Assist in freight handling, customs clearance support, and on-site tech rehearsals.

Monitor and report on production budgets and technical expenditures under the direction of the Technical Director.

Handle basic administrative duties related to production coordination including approvals, permits, and work orders.
