Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and attract top technical talent through sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture a network of technical professionals through social media and industry events.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively communicate with candidates.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Measure and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technology roles and industry standards.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with technical professionals and hiring managers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Experience in the technology or software industry is highly preferred.
- Strong networking skills and ability to leverage social media for recruiting.
