What will your Role be?
The primary mission of the Solution Consultant is to reveal to customers how to get the value of our Industry Process Experiences.
Become the trusted advisor of the customer and help them to re-engineer their integrated planning processes leveraging the flexibility and adaptability of the DELMIA QUINTIQ Solution, supported by the 3DEXPERIENCE PLATFORM.
The Challenges Ahead
The Solution consultants will require to understand the processes (Legacy & Industry Process Experience) and master the product which delivers the To Be process (this knowledge will come from his Brand Certification).
They will run Fit Gap Analysis workshop, document To be processes. These skills will come from the Role certification.
They will need to be able to demonstrate the product in an efficient, professional way
The Solution Consultant is also able to articulate the overall 3DEXPERIENCE Platform value.
The Solution Consultant contributes to the execution of the Value Engagement activities and deliverables, according to the different phases, at our customers and partners
Value Assessment: Capture and analyze customer business processes and business drivers
Value Definition : Engineer TO BE Business processes and demonstrate 3DEXPERIENCE value leveraging
Industry Solution and Industry processes
Value Commitment : Details TO BE Business processes to work in the mindset of the OOTB/ISE coverage and build Task and Item list for Service project sizing.
Share project details and skills to the delivery team (DSIS or SI Partners).
Value Delivery : Support customers / Partners in 3DEXPERIENCE learning, deployment, and best usages
The Solution Consultant closely collaborates with Industry and R&D teams, to contribute to Industry Offer and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform enhancements
The Solution Consultant is maintaining best in class level of expertize
The Solution Consultant capitalizes on-field activities
The Solution Consultant support the Solution enablement of their Partners, and Sales Ecosystem.
Frequent travels are expected, especially in Middle East.
The Solution Consultant masters 3DEXPERIENCE Platform usage and value thru Industry Solution and Industry Processes. He understands how the products fulfill the business needs. The Solution Consultant contributes to increasing the deal size, fasten deal signature and secures successful go-live.
Your Key Success Factors
BSc, MSc or PhD in Business Administration or Information, Mathematics or Supply Chain Management with electives in Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or mathematical optimization
Fluent in English and at least one more language, ideally speak Arabic
Experience - Relevant experiences, in at least two of the below
Selling complex software as a Presales / TechSales consultant
Planning applications, either as user or as programmer / consultant
Supply chain / industry experience, ideally multiple industries
International working experience, ideally in multiple languages (e.g. English plus native language)
Working in (multi-cultural) teams
Ability to work with various levels in organizations, from operations to C-Level
Experience with value selling approach (ideally)
