Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong knowledge of fall arresting blocks, lifelines, tripods, winches, full-body harnesses, rescue equipment, and height-safety systems. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical expertise, and supporting clients across UAE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth Develop and manage business for fall protection equipment including: Fall arrest blocks (SRLs) Horizontal/Vertical lifelines Tripods & rescue winches Full-body safety harnesses Anchorage solutions Confined space entry systems Identify new clients in construction, MEP, oil & gas, industrial plants, and facility management. Meet monthly and annual sales targets. Build long-term relationships with HSE managers, consultants, contractors, and distributors.

2. Technical Support & Solution Designing Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable fall-protection systems. Prepare BOQs, technical offers, compliance sheets, and system proposals. Ensure all equipment meets EN, OSHA, ANSI standards. Provide demos and technical presentations to clients. Coordinate with design & engineering teams for product selection and layouts.

3. Project Coordination Support project execution from order to installation. Conduct toolbox talks, training on fall arrest blocks, lifelines, tripods etc. Attend installation checks and resolve technical issues on site. Collaborate with service teams for periodic inspections and maintenance.

4. Customer Support & Training Conduct training on: Proper usage of full-body harnesses Inspection of SRLs/fall arrest blocks Safe use of lifeline systems Confined space entry using tripod & winch Handle client queries and provide after-sales support.
