Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical documentation, including method statements, RTCC, and O&M manuals.
- Prepare and submit technical submittals on time and address consultant comments promptly.
- Develop schematic drawings and technical layouts as required.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with contractors and consultants to resolve technical queries.
- Support the site and project teams with engineering inputs during project execution.
- Ensure all technical submissions comply with project specifications and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 4 years of experience in an HVAC or MEP contracting environment is mandatory.
- Proven experience in preparing technical submittals, method statements, O&M manuals, and RTCCs.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, etc.).
- Experience dealing with consultants for technical approvals and clarifications.
- Proficient in preparing schematic and layout drawings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office; exposure to AutoCAD is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must possess solid technical knowledge in HVAC and MEP systems, experience in preparing project-related documentation, and the ability to liaise effectively with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues.
