Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical assistance for software platforms, internal systems, and user-facing technology issues. This role focuses on troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, escalation coordination, customer or user support, and maintaining strong service responsiveness. You will work with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve problems efficiently and improve the overall support experience. This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, service-oriented, and comfortable handling a mix of functional and technical support scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues raised by users or clients
  • Troubleshoot application behavior and configuration problems
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering teams when needed
  • Maintain support cases, notes, and resolution records
  • Improve support workflows and knowledge documentation
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users
  • Support release validation and issue follow-up
