Technical support - LAN / ELV MEKANZY MIDDLE EAST

We are looking for an IT & ELV Support Executive to support IP-based elevator communication systems and low-voltage display solutions. Key Responsibilities: Support and troubleshoot IP intercom systems for elevators Handle LAN networking for IP devices (basic configuration and testing) Understand and support low-voltage signals, Provide basic site installation support, including fixing elevator cabin protection pads using light drilling tools, including binary and Gray code used in elevator displays Assist with CMS and cloud-based software platforms for monitoring and content management Coordinate installation, testing, and basic commissioning support Prepare quotations, delivery notes, and basic technical documentation Maintain records using Excel and MS Office Coordinate with internal teams, site engineers, and clients for support activities Requirements: Basic to intermediate knowledge of LAN networking and IP devices Understanding of ELV / low-voltage systems (elevator displays, intercoms, related hardware) Familiarity with IP addressing, switches, PoE, and troubleshooting Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office Willingness to provide site and office support as required Good communication and documentation skills
