Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a technical team to ensure smooth operations, achieve team goals, and provide timely solutions to customer issues. Monitor team performance, guide members, and maintain high service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance targets.

  • Organize training sessions and skill development opportunities.

  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

    Technical & Operational Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first, second, and third-level technical support for critical issues.

  • Analyze business workflow requirements and suggest solutions for application enhancements.

  • Participate in projects from initiation to completion, focusing on technical implementation.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges faced by the team during projects.

  • Ensure smooth integration with third-party systems like ERP, CRM, and SCM.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in SQL and Oracle databases. Strong knowledge of Microsoft IIS, .NET Framework, and Crystal Reports.

  • Familiarity with server management, cloud services, and network operations.
