Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

As a Technician - Harley Davidson, you will be part of our Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles team in Dubai, where you ll work in an environment dedicated to providing expert service on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and customizations, ensuring each motorcycle receives the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on Harley-Davidson motorcycles
  • Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Conduct detailed inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Install accessories and carry out motorcycle customizations according to customer specifications
  • Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide professional service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company standards

Must Have Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience as a motorcycle technician, preferably working with Harley-Davidson motorcycles
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform duties in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team

Nice To Have Requirements

  • Technical training or certification related to motorcycle maintenance and repair
  • Harley-Davidson factory training or certification
  • Additional recognized certifications (Master Technician, ASE, etc.)
