Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To maintain A/C log books. To clean the filters regularly and as required. To maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, split A/Cs, etc. To carry out routine / breakdown maintenance. To actively involve in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system. Change the filters yearly. Check the belts of the AHUs To do servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs To take stock of the items and inform the maintenance in charge to arrange for To convey day to day problems/issues to the maintenance in charge To carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all A/C equipments. To perform any related job / work when assigned by the superior. necessary material(s). Responsibilities Maintain and update A/C log books on a regular basis. Clean filters regularly and as required. Operate and maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, split A/C units, and related equipment. Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance of A/C systems. Participate actively in long-term planning and system improvement initiatives. Replace filters annually as per schedule. Inspect and maintain AHU belts to ensure proper functioning. Perform servicing of split A/C units and AHUs as per maintenance plans. Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials; inform the maintenance in charge to arrange required materials. Report day-to-day operational issues and system faults to the maintenance in charge promptly. Carry out preventive maintenance activities on all A/C equipment to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime. Perform any other related duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
