Technician Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC)

As a General Technician (Multi Brand), you will play a critical role in delivering accurate, high quality mechanical and electrical repair work for a wide range of automotive brands. You will support the Workshop Supervisor and work within the Preparation Department, ensuring vehicles are prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. What you will do • Diagnose and repair vehicles using up to date technical knowledge and best practice methods. • Perform accurate, first time right repairs, minimizing repeat jobs • Support junior and senior technicians by sharing diagnostic approaches and correct repair procedures • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Foremen, colleagues, and customers regarding work completed or required • Recommend improvements to enhance workshop productivity, efficiency, and overall work quality • Participate in continuous learning and support the upskilling of other technicians • Work with Spare Parts teams to ensure accurate part identification and timely supply
