Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities: 

Responsible for inspecting, testing, cleaning and repair of Galley inserts in accordance with established procedures and technical data.

Responsible for carrying out troubleshooting and clearing of defects.

Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return.

Maintain high levels of quality.

Comply with all rules and regulations of Collins Aerospace, including, but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, International Trade Compliance and Human Resources.

Accurately document maintenance carried out.

u>Working Conditions: /u>

100% of time spent on production floor with occasional loud noise, requiring safety glasses.

Constant daily exposure to adhesive and solvent vapors.

Constant daily pushing and pulling and lifting of hardware.

Exposure to machinery with moving parts.

Desired Candidate Profile

u>Required Qualifications: /u>

Minimum Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience is required.

Ability to utilize computer systems (MS Office, Etc.) to input & retrieve information.

Must be available for overtime, including extended workdays and weekends.

Comply with EH&S policies and procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate PPE. Attend EH&S trainings as required.

Report unsafe practices and/or conditions to the appropriate individuals to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.

Recommend improvements to EH&S practices in order to create a safer workplace.

The ability to interpret schematics and/or technical drawings.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

. Preferably with experience working on Ovens, Beverage makers and Chillers
