Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime through rapid problem-solving.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements, to maximize equipment lifespan and operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of machinery to identify potential problems, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques effectively.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to understand machine functionality and repair procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Holds relevant certifications in areas such as electrical, mechanical, or hydraulics.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of industrial machinery, including motors, drives, and control systems.
