Job Responsibilities

Financials

• Achieve set targets for sold hours, efficiency, productivity, and overall utilisation.

Strategic Implementation

• Receive repair orders from the Team Leader and clearly understand the scope of work to be performed.
• Carry out PMS and general repairs as per the defined scope using diagnostic tools and standard service procedures.
• Record additional repair requirements and recommendations using the E-Estimate digital application and update the Team Leader accordingly.
• Demonstrate strong manual dexterity, technical, mechanical, and advanced computer skills.
• Take ownership of all aspects of the role, working independently with minimal supervision and demonstrating effective self-management.
• Read and interpret complex documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, repair manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Follow quality control inspection processes to prevent or rectify workmanship that falls below required standards.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure personal and workshop tools are kept in good condition.

Customer Journey

• Ensure full compliance with F1 standards and established guidelines.
• Handle customer vehicles with the utmost care and in a safe manner.

Learning & Growth

• Participate in Training Needs Assessments conducted by the Training Academy.
• Continuously develop technical skills through automotive training programmes.

Policies, Procedures, and Corporate Governance

• Perform only authorised repairs as agreed and inform the Team Leader of any additional observations or recommendations.
• For warranty repairs, strictly follow SOPs and guidelines, tag replaced parts with warranty labels, and hand them over to the centralised warranty store.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and process guidelines.
• Strictly follow HSE protocols and SOP requirements, including the correct use of safety gear for personal safety, equipment protection, and customer vehicle safety.
