Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on telecom equipment and systems regularly.
• Install telecommunications infrastructure according to design specifications and client requirements.

• Follow company protocols and safety regulations during all maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Telecom Maintenance Technician or similar role is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems, equipment, and network infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team and clients.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform fieldwork in various weather conditions.
• Certification in telecommunications or related technical field is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industry-standard testing equipment and network troubleshooting tools.
