Execute assigned plumbing, HVAC, masonry, gypsum, and electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and site instructions.

Install, repair, and maintain systems including water supply, drainage, air-conditioning units, ducting, wiring, lighting, and panels according to trade.

Perform civil and fit-out works such as block work, plastering, tiling support, gypsum partitions, ceilings, and finishing activities.

Read and interpret shop drawings and layout markings relevant to the trade.

Ensure work complies with UAE standards, project quality requirements, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades to complete tasks efficiently.

Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and properly.

Identify and report site issues, material shortages, and technical problems to supervisors.

Carry out testing, commissioning support, rectification, and snag clearance as required.

Maintain good housekeeping and follow site HSE rules at all times.

Complete work within assigned timelines and productivity targets.

Support maintenance, repair, and emergency works when required.
